Example of a Great User Experience Design

During Executive MBA at Institute Of Product Leadership one of the courses is User Experience Design and Prototype. On second day of our class I could appreciate great UI which I had encountered while working on Medtronic MyCareLink Smart Mobile app at Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. About this app: 1. This app was meant to be used by senior citizens of US (or India or any other country) who are not tech savvy. They might not have ever used a mobile phone forget about having used a smart phone. They might not be very fluent with English also. 2. Mobile App sends this data to hospital Care Link server over WiFi or data connection. Oh Boy...Simply Too much technology for senior citizens who had never even held a mobile phone in their hands.
